Question - I ordered an item by mistake how do I start a return process?

Answer - The return process can be lengthy and inconvenient, that’s why at Critters Ranch you don’t need to start a refund process to get your money back! Did you order one to many of a product or just don’t need what you ordered anymore? That’s no problem you can get you money back all we ask is that you please donate to to our other friends in need.

Question - What animals do you have products for?

Answer - At Critters Ranch we strive to cater to all animals no matter if it’s cat and dogs or horses and reptiles. Critters Ranch takes the time to do extensive research on every animal we decide to bring in products for, so when bringing in new animals we may have limited supplies for them.
